Sourcers are responsible for operating compliantly and providing documentation directly to investors.

This may include:

• Proof of identity and company details
• AML registration (if applicable)
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Property Redress Scheme membership
• ICO registration
• Right to market / vendor authority
• Terms of business or sourcing agreements

KajokuConnect does not request, verify, or store compliance documentation.

Investors must carry out their own due diligence.

Investors may be required to provide:

• Proof of funds
• Proof of identity
• Proof of address
• Source of funds
• Company documentation (if applicable)

All checks and document exchanges happen directly between users.

Users must independently verify:

• Deal details and figures
• Property ownership
• Comparable data
• Legal and financial information
• Exit assumptions

KajokuConnect does not guarantee deal accuracy, returns, or outcomes.

Users must not:

• Upload misleading or false deals
• Misrepresent funding or experience
• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Misuse the platform

KajokuConnect may restrict or remove users who create risk for others.
